Is it hard to move to a vegan lifestyle?
With proper planning and by taking it one step at a time, moving to a vegan lifestyle is not hard at all. Keep in mind that becoming a vegan involves a major lifestyle change. Trying to change too much of anything too fast can make it difficult. Do your research, plan, plan, plan and then tackle it one step at a time. The vegan diet is full of fresh fruits and vegetables which include tons of vitamins and minerals. Throw in whole grains and add proper planning and supplementation the vegan diet can include all the essential vitamins and minerals. Is honey considered vegan?

Can I eat fish on a vegan diet?
No. Fish have a fully developed brain and nervous system and can feel pain just like mammals and birds. Therefore, they cannot be included in a vegan diet.
